1. Traditional greek cuisine lessons
Guests will enjoy a structured hands-on learning session on traditional greek cooking at their hostess' house, which will include a main dish, an appetizer, a dip, a salad and dessert. Vegetarian or vegan dishes can also be requested. Visitors will learn how to cook healthy, traditional Greek dishes and will experience real Greek home-cooked food
2. Hands-on cooking involvement
Everything will be cooked from scratch, using the freshest ingredients available. All the savoury dishes as well as some desserts are cooked using extra virgin olive oil. The guests will then enjoy the outcome of their own cooking, accompanied by amazing local wine or beer at the end of the class
3. Greek culture over coffee making
The visitors will learn how to make Greek coffee, which they will enjoy at the patio, surrounded by citrus trees. They will learn the essence of authentic Greek hospitality, and will have a unforgettable chance to discover local culture through gastronomy
