1. Taking part in food production
The guests will take active part in the food production process, regarding the main products that are produced within the coop. They will learn how to use local materials in order to manufacture the famous preserves and marmalades, the hand-made pasta products, the liqueur drinks etc. They will also discover the little secrets that set those delis apart and give them an authentic local taste
2. Enjoying local cuisine
After the cooking process, the guests will enjoy a delicious dinner and coffee, where they will consume the products of their cooking endeavours, together with an array of other products that are produced within the coop. They will also have a chance to enjoy a walk through the picturesque village, and learn about the local history and traditions
